Description

β€’ Manage job postings, source potential candidates, conduct first-round interviews, and hand off successful candidates to our team for final interviews. β€’ This is a performance-based role with a goal to hire 90 interns in the next 2.5 months. β€’ Each successful hire will earn you $500 in commission, with the first $300 paid within two weeks of the intern signing their employment contract and the remaining $200 on June 15th, 2025.

Requirements

β€’ Proven background in recruiting, especially in finding top talent for specialized roles. β€’ Self-motivated and accountable, owning a large portion of the recruiting process. β€’ Strong communicator, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates. β€’ Goal-oriented, understanding the pressure of meeting recruiting targets and having strategies to stay on track.
