Requirements

• Technology leadership experience (experience leading an IT and Business Systems department) • A deep understanding of modern IT organizations, networking concepts, and operating systems (we’re primarily a Mac shop) • A customer-service mindset • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Experience with Finance and Sales business systems (Netsuite, SFDC, etc.) • Experience automating IT and business processes • ITIL certification, nice to have • SaaS environment experience, nice to have • Your own unique talents!
