Description

• Provides technical support to VVIP clients regarding aircraft interior systems. • Communicates with clients and their representatives to understand needs and explain technical solutions. • Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed. • Creates and maintains documentation of support cases. • Ensures support-related activities align with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. • Minimum of five years of experience in VVIP aircraft interior modifications. • Understanding of VVIP aircraft interiors, systems, avionics, and electrical equipment. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
