As a crucial member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainability, grow as an individual, and make a real difference in the fight against climate change.

🎯 Requirements

•5-7 years of proven experience as an Account Executive •2+ years working in Sustainability, Energy, ESG or related fields •Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles •Experience closing multi-year deals and deals over $100,000 annual recurring revenue •Ability to map out key stakeholders in strategic accounts •Expertise in managing sales cycles of 6+ months •Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities •Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services •Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems •Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships •Organizational and time-management skills •Undergraduate degree in Climate Studies, Environmental Studies, Energy Studies, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
