📋 Description

• Drive sales of our suite of energy-related software and hardware products specifically designed for the ERCOT Texas energy market. • Identify, cultivate, and close business opportunities with utilities, energy providers, and other relevant stakeholders. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Deliver sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the value and advantages of our solutions. • Monitor the ERCOT Texas energy market trends, challenges, and emerging needs. • Understand the competitive landscape and position our products effectively. • Collaborate with the product and R&D teams to tailor offerings specific to the ERCOT market demands. • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the ERCOT market. • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to network and represent the company. • Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product improvements and new feature developments. • Work closely with our product and technical teams to ensure our software meets the evolving needs of the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the energy sector, preferably with a focus on software solutions. • Strong understanding of the ERCOT Texas energy market, its regulations, dynamics, and challenges. • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
