Identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts by aligning GrowthLoop’s solutions with key marketing use cases, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem trends. • Develop customer advocates by building trust and delivering value, preparing customers for testimonials, case studies, and referrals that support GrowthLoop’s go-to-market efforts. • Build, implement, and scale internal processes to enhance the customer experience, streamline workflows, and drive better alignment across teams, maximizing efficiency and measurable business outcomes for customers.
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success for a Marketing Technology SaaS product, or experience as an Account Manager in a performance-driven marketing role, ideally managing enterprise clients in an agency environment. • Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment, contributing to the building and scaling of new functions. • Track record of consistently exceeding NRR and/or renewal targets. • Hands-on experience in marketing or paid media. • Process-oriented problem solver with expertise in implementing and scaling new team processes.
