Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry. • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • Proficiency in HRIS and recruiting platforms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
