Description

• As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the overall delivery of Salesforce Solutions including the design and development of the Salesforce application components • Manage project schedule, resources, risks and reporting • Provide overall guidance and serve as an escalation point for the Salesforce development teams members • Support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest Salesforce architecture to ensure success of the project • Develop implementation plans and roadmap to set the standard for future development, and architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security

Requirements

• Strong domain expertise in at least two Salesforce platform applications: Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Shield, Health Cloud, Tableau. • Proven experience in managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment. • Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and product development tracking systems like Jira • 5+ years of project management in IT industries • Bachelor's degree • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance. • US Citizenship
