Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing ISV resellers to ensure they are fully engaged and productive. • Monitor and manage reseller performance, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. • Ensure ISVs adhere to pricing policies and contractual agreements. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the ISV reseller channel. • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance to senior management. • Provide comprehensive training and support to ISV resellers to help them effectively market and sell HazardHub. • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, and case studies. • Coordinate joint marketing efforts and campaigns to drive demand and awareness. • Identify and recruit new ISV resellers to expand the distribution network. • Develop and execute strategic plans to broaden the reseller channel and increase market penetration. • Establish incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing resellers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 6-8 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably within the software or technology industry. • Proven track record of successfully building, managing and growing reseller channels. • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and performance metrics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
