β€’ Company Overview: β€’ Gunnebo Entrance Control is a manufacturing company within the Gunnebo Group, the world’s leading specialist in entrance control solutions. β€’ We provide standard or customized entry control solutions--turnstiles, speed gates, security booths, security revolving doors, and entrance gates--for all buildings and locations where vast numbers of people visit, work, or pass through. β€’ Our solutions create the most integrated technology ecosystem to make communities safer and help businesses stay productive and secure. β€’ Our range of entrance control products is designed to create a beautiful and safe environment, whether it is to enter the lobby of a company, a store, an entertainment area, an industrial facility or commercial building without restricting freedom of movement or operate within sites with higher security requirements like data centers, embassies, nuclear power plants and prisons. β€’ The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following: β€’ The Regional Sales Manager (Outside Field Sales) position requires a dynamic self-starter with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to present well in group settings to new & existing channel partners, A/E, consultants and end users. β€’ Knowledge and contacts in fortune 1000 companies preferred. β€’ This position requires travel into territory on a regular cadence and will be a direct report to the Sales Director. β€’ Primary responsibilities will be to uncover, identify, develop, and close business opportunities within the respective region. β€’ Effectively present, communicate, train and demonstrate product features and their advantages from a technical perspective and aesthetic view. β€’ Ensure all customer contact information and every sales opportunity are documented and kept current in CRM. β€’ Create a strategic sales plan for future growth with targeted accounts. β€’ Review strategic sales plan quarterly with sales management and provide corrective action plans for improvement. β€’ Be efficient on Microsoft platforms. β€’ Evaluate and share market trends and gather competitive information. β€’ Will provide quality leadership to manufacturer rep firms in the region. β€’ Has demonstrated a life of integrity and pursuit of personal excellence.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of sales experience in the security industry preferably in the turnstile, access control or door hardware areas. β€’ Successful outside sales experience selling solutions into the commercial, education, healthcare, data/IT or government organizations a plus. β€’ Strong relationship development and management skills β€’ A strong self-starter, results orientated hunter to identify/create sales opportunities. β€’ High caliber, articulate, and motivated sales professional. β€’ Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation). β€’ Excellent negotiation skills. β€’ Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor. β€’ Knowledge of industry trends and best practices a plus. β€’ Strong abilities in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRM. β€’ Seeking candidates who reside within assigned region, work from a home office, and able to travel 50%++ of the time.
