Description

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements • Provide legal advice to protect company interests • Identify legal risks and propose improvements • Inform internal clients of changes in legislation • Assist with contract management and documentation • Assist with drafting policies and implementing processes • Adopt preventive measures for legal contingencies • Assist with compliance issues and investigations

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience • law degree from an accredited university • admitted, active and in good standing with the state bar • strong general commercial contract skills • flexibility and adaptability • ability to multitask and work independently • strong attention to detail • high degree of integrity • excellent written, oral, and negotiation skills • responsive and service-oriented attitude
