• Responsible for driving the adoption of Transfusion Management Solutions in the German market • Developing and executing comprehensive account management plans • Identifying and developing new sales projects • Building relationships with key decision makers and training clinical champions • Driving standard care usage of Transfusion Management systems • Contributing to the development of tailored value propositions and sales tools • Enhancing field implementation and collaborating with marketing teams
• At least five years of strong sales and/or business development experience in the healthcare or medical device industry • Experience in the Blood Transfusion industry is preferred • A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the hospital LAB/ER/OR/ICU environment is essential • Clinical knowledge in transfusion laboratory workflows preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Technical and clinical knowledge in medical procedural techniques • A Master’s degree in Life Science, Medical Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred • Experience in consultative selling and driving product adoption • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clinicians • Strong project management and organizational skills • Familiarity with information technologies, software solutions, LIS/HIS/BBIS • Proficiency in German and fluent in English (written and verbal) • Frequent travel up to 75%
