Description

• Support the General Counsel in day-to-day operations • Provide advice on securities law disclosure/compliance • Legal support for Board of Directors and committees • Advise on equity-based compensation and executive compensation matters • Provide legal support on equity and debt financings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Jurisprudence degree • Bar admission in at least one state • Experience supporting and/or working with boards of directors and senior management • Experience serving in an in-house legal capacity of a public company is preferred • Strong experience advising on reporting and disclosure requirements under SEC and NYSE rules • Strong understanding of corporate governance matters • Excellent work ethic and high degree of professionalism • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superior organization, decision making and problem-solving skills • Open, innovative and inclusive mindset • Results-oriented and growth mindset
