Description

•Swish Analytics is a sports analytics, betting and fantasy company. •Building the next generation of predictive sports analytics data products. •Looking for a driven, ambitious, commercially minded individual. •Providing first-class legal support in a wide variety of areas.

Requirements

•Member of a State Bar in good standing. •Minimum of 5 years as a practicing lawyer. •Experience practicing in the sports betting or sports data industries. •Extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. •Experience negotiating SaaS licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, acquisitions, etc. •Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a variety of areas associated to a sports technology company. •Have a collaborative attitude and work both individually and within a commercial team. A willingness to accept challenges and work creatively is essential. •Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks in various areas with minimal oversight. •Personable, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
