Description

• Swish Analytics is a sports analytics, betting and fantasy company building predictive sports analytics data products. • Looking for a driven individual for legal support in various areas. • Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with sports betting licensing, and providing in-house legal services.

Requirements

• Member of a State Bar in good standing. • Minimum of 5 years as a practicing lawyer. • Experience practicing in the sports betting or sports data industries. • Extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements. • Experience negotiating SaaS licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, acquisitions, etc. • Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a variety of areas associated to a sports technology company. • Have a collaborative attitude and work both individually and within a commercial team. A willingness to accept challenges and work creatively is essential. • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks in various areas with minimal oversight. • Personable, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
