Description
• Provide legal support to the Sales and Account Management organization • Negotiate complex legal documents, including PBM client agreements • Collaborate strategically with partners to advise on new business offerings • Work with internal legal counsel to identify legal issues • Provide day-to-day legal counseling on miscellaneous regulatory issues
Requirements
• J.D. from accredited law school • At least 5 years of contracting experience; health law experience needed • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Superior drafting and negotiation skills • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
