Description

β€’ Hammer & Steel Global, LLC is a leading supplier of pile driving and drilling equipment. β€’ The Sales Representative will identify customer opportunities in early stages of construction projects. β€’ Provide elite customer experience, both pre- and post-sale, to drive customer loyalty. β€’ Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers in assigned territory. β€’ Negotiate and draft comprehensive written proposals for equipment sale or rental. β€’ Collaborate with sales team across United States to support national customer presence.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED β€’ Must be 18 years of age or older; Valid driver's license with clean MVR β€’ Five (5) or more years of technical sales experience. (Technical experience in heavy construction highly desirable) β€’ Ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel. β€’ Proficiency with CRM and the Microsoft Suite of Products including Excel, Word and Office. β€’ Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Geotech, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. β€’ Construction Management or Technical Field highly desired. β€’ Experience or knowledge of the foundation and shoring industries.
