🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biomechanics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in motion capture technology or business management are advantageous. • Proven experience in technical sales and business development within the motion capture or related technology sectors, including demonstrated success in a leadership role. • Deep understanding of motion capture technology, its applications, and industry trends, with a focus on biomechanics and markerless systems. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the motion capture industry. • Strong technical knowledge of motion capture systems and biomechanics, including familiarity with tools like Visual3D and KinaTrax Dugout. • Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly within the biomechanics community and sports industry. • Ability to analyze complex technical data and market trends to develop effective strategies. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive change in the motion capture field. • Ability to thrive within a wider team. • Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows.
