Description

• Provide high level, strategic support, at the National Account level. • Support sales staff with day-to-day customer interactions and needs. • Prepare reports and compile data using spreadsheets and tables. • Maintain communications via Phaseware for partners. • Manage complex National Account operations and fulfill Margin Point requests. • Process Special Order bids and requests. • Coordinate appliance installs Scheduling. • Resolve billing, tax, and credit issues and manage returns/credits. • Conduct market calls with customer groups and NAM.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. • Specialized skills training/certification may be required. • Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
