• Senior Business Development Executive responsible for developing new business in geographic region • Promote industry-leading individual healthcare navigation, advocacy, wellness and EAP solutions to C-Suite executives • Identify and engage with consultants/brokers to understand needs and identify RFP opportunities and selling opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, marketing, or a related field required • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business-to-business development • Experience selling employee health related products or benefits brokerage preferred but will consider other enterprise-level sales backgrounds • Proven success selling to large companies at C-level and VP level preferred or selling into and through national brokers • Proficiency in working with Salesforce and the full suite of Microsoft software (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required)
