β’ A. or B.S degree in communications, PR, marketing, business administration or related field β’ Able to provide strategic counsel on a regular basis; identifying how to overcome obstacles and deliver results β’ Proficient knowledge of biotech, pharma, and/or medtech space β’ Minimum 6-7 years agency experience or mix of agency and in-house biotech/medtech experience for AD level; 9-10 years experience for senior AD β’ Excellent time management skills and attention to detail β’ Mastery of media materials development; expert written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, collegial work environment
