Description

• An account director is a senior contact for clients within the agency. • They manage and oversee teams to ensure campaigns are developed and delivered and client service expectations are met. • Commercially minded and creative in nature, the account director is adept at building relationships. • They direct and lead teams, projects, providing counsel to clients and teams. • As a senior member of the business, they deliver new business and grow existing accounts.

Requirements

• A. or B.S degree in communications, PR, marketing, business administration or related field • Able to provide strategic counsel on a regular basis; identifying how to overcome obstacles and deliver results • Proficient knowledge of biotech, pharma, and/or medtech space • Minimum 6-7 years agency experience or mix of agency and in-house biotech/medtech experience for AD level; 9-10 years experience for senior AD • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail • Mastery of media materials development; expert written and verbal communication skills • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, collegial work environment
