• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility • At least 5 years of work experience • The ability to keep the team accountable • The ability to give clear direction and be objective-driven • The ability to understand data, reporting and how it can be utilized to keep KPI's moving forward • Extensive problem solving skills • Proven work experience as an Account or Client Manager and/or team lead in either a creative agency or corporate setting • Proven understanding of personal branding, communications, and marketing • Solid experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills • An understanding of clients’ business objectives • An understanding of consumer behaviour across various markets and consumer profiles, both locally and internationally • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative marketing strategies • Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills • Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers) • Strong research and problem-solving skills • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and have a natural tendency to try new things • Have an appetite for knowledge and a willingness to learn • Be organised and manage time diligently • A Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma in Marketing or relevant field is preferential • A keen eye for detail • Self-motivated and dependable • A strategic mindset • Ability to set and meet deadlines • Adaptive and proactive • Respectful and professional • Consistency and accuracy • Leadership capabilities.
