📋 Description

• Responsible for the management of all sales related activities towards the attainment of delivering annual revenue and direct contribution goals in eCommerce channels and partners. • Full responsibility for BU E-Commerce channel customer set including Amazon and pure play eCommerce partners. • Responsible for formulation and implementation of annual plans including managing on-line sales growth, brand presentation. • Acts as single-threaded-owner for all BU eCommerce activities. • Formulates and deliver eCommerce annual operating plans, leading cross-functional execution. • Create, update, and implement annual strategic plans for ecommerce channel to deliver profitable sales growth. • Provide strong business and financial acumen, especially in the areas of pricing, forecasting, budgeting to drive sales and profits. • Develop, implement and communicate product planning, promotions and initiatives with eCommerce customer(s). • Actively monitor, report and improve on these programs to key stakeholders. • Establish KPIs and metrics to track and report on performance of processes and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities. • Represent BU eCommerce Sales and Marketing in customer meetings and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field • 8+ years experience within the eCommerce channel for scale consumer brand • Demonstrated deep understanding of online/digital channels to include online pricing and promotions, digital marketing and eCommerce fulfillment • Must have excellent knowledge of Amazon structure and guidelines • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
