Description
• The Regional Growth Leader is responsible for both organic growth and Client Intake. • Directly lead, develop, and mentor a multi-state team of Field and Inside Sales teams. • Guide cross-functional teams to ensure broad growth strategies through collaboration.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required. • Master’s degree or additional relevant degrees or credentials a plus. • Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of previous experience in roles focused on business growth. • Previous experience in the home care or health care industry is valuable, but not required. • Experience in leading and managing a team. • Proven track record of developing successful market strategies.
