They're looking for a specialist to help them expand their client base and streamline their internal processes using cutting-edge lead generation and automation strategies. ā¢ Position Summary: In this role, you will implement and manage a wide array of digital tools, AI technologies, and strategies to generate high-quality leads for our agency, streamline our internal processes, and support our sales team. This includes developing and optimizing cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and complex automation setups using tools like Zapier and Make. ā¢ You'll be working with state-of-the-art tools and platforms, continually researching and implementing the latest strategies in lead generation, automation, and AI to help our agency grow. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our agency's client acquisition process, conducting market research, optimizing our outreach efforts across multiple channels, and supporting our sales team in closing deals with potential clients. ā¢ What are the day-to-day responsibilities? ā¢ Develop and manage cold email campaigns to generate leads for our agency ā¢ Set up and maintain LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting potential clients ā¢ Implement and manage automation workflows using Zapier and Make to streamline our internal processes ā¢ Research, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions for agency lead generation and automation ā¢ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends ā¢ Assist with new lead qualification and sales process optimization ā¢ Manage and optimize Facebook outreach campaigns for agency lead generation ā¢ Please contribute to our agency's website updates and optimization ā¢ Manage ActiveCampaign for our agency's email marketing initiatives ā¢ Draft and send emails to leads and support communication with potential clients ā¢ Support the sales team with lead nurturing and sales process optimization ā¢ Collaborate with the sales department to align lead-generation efforts with agency sales goals ā¢ Continuously research and implement cutting-edge strategies in lead generation, automation, and AI ā¢ Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team
ā¢ Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field ā¢ Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes ā¢ Proficiency in using CRM systems, automation tools, and lead-generation platforms ā¢ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions ā¢ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ā¢ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously ā¢ Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies, especially AI ā¢ Experience with cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and Facebook marketing ā¢ Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Apollo, Ulinc, and Sales Navigator ā¢ Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably ActiveCampaign ā¢ Knowledge of AI applications in marketing and sales is a plus ā¢ Sales-oriented mindset and ability to support the agency's sales process ā¢ Available to work 40 hours per week ā¢ Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
