Description

• Contact and qualify cold and warm leads with phone calls • Create and strategically prioritize target account lists and conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts • Turn cold calls into appointments and meet the quotas • Report to KPIs to leadership including calls, conversations, meetings booked, etc. • Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, potential clients, and strategic partners. • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with communities, coworkers, and particularly with other members of a project team. • Direct the day-to-day activities and property operations as assigned by leadership. • Updated with new technologies, systems, and procedures related to property management • Act as the subject matter expert on a wide range of services, excellent English, including an understanding of a wide array of idioms (assessed via written, phone, and video tests)

Requirements

• 2-3 years prior experience in Property management/ Real estate management/Lead generation roles • Prior experience with CRM software - GoHighLevel, Zillow etc • Bachelor’s degree a must • Excellent internet for video calls and a working computer • Ability to work in the US time zones
