Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and lead-generation activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels. • Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. • Provide insights and value to the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • 4 years of experience in business development within the ITO, technology, or software engineering sectors. • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. • Strong understanding of customer support, technology solutions, and software engineering services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. • Ability to deliver 5mm ARR of new business annually.
