• The Director of Network Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive growth through peer-to-peer channels. • The ideal candidate will have experience with business development, strategic partnerships, and a proven track record within the peer-to-peer space. • This role will require a blend of analytical skills, peer-to-peer expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify, cultivate, and optimize partnerships, ultimately contributing to the organization’s revenue and customer acquisition goals. • Design, implement, and scale a comprehensive business development strategy for peer-to-peer channels, aligning with company goals and growth targets. • Identify and evaluate potential partners within the peer-to-peer industry, assessing their alignment with company values, target demographics, and growth objectives. • Develop and nurture high-value relationships with key peer-to-peer partners, acting as the primary point of contact to foster trust, accountability, and long-term partnerships. • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, potential areas for growth, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge. • Set clear goals and KPIs for peer-to-peer initiatives, closely monitoring outcomes to optimize performance, improve ROI, and adjust strategies as needed. • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align initiatives, leverage resources, and ensure successful execution of peer-to-peer campaigns and partner programs. • Lead training efforts for internal teams and peer-to-peer partners to ensure alignment, understanding, and effective use of tools, resources, and processes.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in peer-to-peer specific roles. • Deep understanding of peer-to-peer strategies, compensation structures, and compliance requirements. • Proven track record of successful partnership development within peer-to-peer or similar high-growth environments. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate into actionable strategies. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in the healthcare industry or with subscription-based business models • Background in leading large teams or managing multiple high-stakes partner relationships • Familiarity with CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau) for tracking peer-to-peer performance and insights • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics that complement peer-to-peer strategies, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations within peer-to-peer particularly in healthcare or highly regulated fields • Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment with a strong adaptability to evolving business needs • Active network within the peer-to-peer industry or related markets, with established connections to potential partners
