🎯 Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a high-level role. β€’ Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel proficiency required). β€’ HubSpot and ClickUp experience are a strong plus. β€’ College-educated with exceptional organizational skills. β€’ Fluent in English with excellent writing skills and minimal accent. β€’ Fast and highly accurate typing skills. β€’ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Experience working directly with CEOs or senior executives is highly preferred.
