Description

• Hightouch is looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop and grow relationships with strategic consulting and SI partners • Focus on sourcing pipeline and closing revenue • Work with EMEA Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams on partner-influenced opportunities • Manage a strategic book of partners to drive new business and expansion pipeline • Advocate for our partners internally, guide partnership strategy, and align with SI partners in deals • Be a strategic partner to AEs, assisting with SI alignment, deal strategy, and implementation planning • Develop materials and processes to ensure partner success and encourage deal flow • Collaborate with Hightouch marketing team on partner co-marketing projects

Requirements

• 4+ years in a similar quota-carrying role • Prior experience managing relationships with regional SIs and boutique consulting firms • Willingness to work with partners across North America and EMEA • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop creative strategies • Motivated self-starter that enjoys working in high-growth scale-up environments • Nice to have: Prior experience with marketing technology, customer data, and/or analytics • Existing relationships with good-fit partners for Hightouch
