📋 Description

• Responsible for creating and monitoring small business subcontracting and participation plans • Calculation and filing ISR and SSR reports • Supporting supplier communication and outreach • Contributing to a federally compliant small business program • Maintain accurate records, reporting documents, data input files, correspondence, and other applicable documents. • Assist with internal data reviews related to small business processes and documentation. • Participate in virtual and in-person networking events, conferences. • Respond to small business inquiries and communicate with potential and existing teaming partners as needed. • Conduct searches for viable teaming partners and provide data and analysis reports using internal databases, SAM, and other sources of information.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. • 3+ years of experience in a federal government procurement or contracting environment, preferred SBLO or subcontract administration. • Current and accurate understanding of federal rules, legislation, and regulations as they relate to small business utilization and federal contractor requirements. • Experience in the development of compliant small business subcontracting and participation plans including TSV and TCV goal calculation. • Experience monitoring performance against plans using contracting and accounting system data. • Experience calculating data to support ISR and SSR reports. • Experience using SBLO Dynamic Business Search and SAM.gov. • Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills. • Experience using the eSRS system to submit ISR and SSR reports.
