β€’ The Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and optimization of paid performance campaigns in-house as well as performing daily optimizations and analysis that contribute to the growth of Hims and Hers. β€’ Own paid display media and video creative management across various platforms and channels, building creative calendars and media plans and running end-to-end campaign management. β€’ Proactively analyze large data sets of publisher performance metrics to understand trends, run backend yield optimizations, and make recommendations to customers to drive revenue. β€’ Partner with internal teams on creative deliverables, providing briefs and reviewing deliverables to follow best practices. β€’ Work with data and analytics teams to troubleshoot/resolve technical issues. β€’ Monitor changes in key metrics, analyze performance trends and provide on-going analysis to stakeholders. β€’ Provide reporting, budgeting, and creative support to other performance channel owners including paid search and shopping.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience and strong digital marketing background at an agency or D2C company. β€’ Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via digital advertising. β€’ Strong quantitative analysis skills, an affinity for numbers and ability to uncover insights quickly and accurately. β€’ Deep understanding of pixel set up and implementation, attribution, and conversion actions. Strong awareness for technical account problem solving - including analytic, QA, and troubleshooting. β€’ Self-starter, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality and the ability to prioritize work. β€’ Experience working with internal teams - with the ability to break down complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
