• Job Title: Full Cycle Sales Representative • Location: Remote • Company: Hi Rasmus • About Hi Rasmus: Hi Rasmus is a cutting-edge SaaS solution empowering BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to deliver effective, evidence-based programming for their clients. • Join us as we continue to redefine the standards of care through technology. • We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business. • Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector through high-volume cold calling and email outreach. • Schedule and deliver compelling software demos to showcase the value of Hi Rasmus. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, keeping potential deals active and moving toward close. • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot. • Adjust workflows and strategies as needed to align with Hi Rasmus’ evolving goals and priorities.
• Experience: • At least 1 year in an outbound full-cycle sales capacity, OR • 1 year in an Outbound SDR/BDR role and 1 year in an AE/closing role. • Skills & Traits: • Excellent pipeline management and organizational skills. • Superior sales acumen and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. • Proficient in HubSpot or comparable CRM tools. • Comfortable with high call volumes and tenacious in follow-ups. • Adaptable and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment. • Preferred: • Experience selling to education or school establishments.
