β€’ As an SDR for a SaaS company specializing in construction management software, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. β€’ Identify, engage, and qualify leads to drive growth and market presence. β€’ Work from home permanently during U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm CST. β€’ Engage in active outbound prospecting through multiple channels. β€’ Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs and align solutions. β€’ Work closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads. β€’ Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) to refine the sales process. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity. β€’ Conduct outreach and manage communication in French for French-speaking clients.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or B2B sales. β€’ Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus. β€’ Strong English communication skills via phone and email. β€’ Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms. β€’ A growth mindset, self-motivation, and resilience when navigating challenges.
