•Support the sales organization and customers throughout the sales process •Promote Hitachi Energy products internally and externally •Influence customer specifications •Provide relevant knowledge on products to customers and sales organization •Create sales plans jointly with FES, REPS and Account organization •Analyze customer needs and competitor offers •Ensure efficient marketing actions and communication •Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department •Manage administrative procedures in sales processes •Communicate the value proposition of the products •Provide status reviews and propose recovery plans for potential order shortfalls •Report monthly sales activities and customer visits
