• Develop and Deliver Training: Utilize knowledge of adult learning principles and collaborate with our Sales team subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver engaging and impactful virtual instructor-led sessions and e-learning. • Live Facilitation: Deliver weekly training on payment industry sales strategies and North product training for our regularly recruited new Sales Rep hires. • Create Engaging Content: Serve as a creative problem-solver to identify and research alternative learning design, operational, or technology options for learning content creation. • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update training programs to ensure relevancy and accuracy, incorporating feedback and adapting to industry changes. • Collaboration: Partner with district managers, sales leadership, key stakeholders, and HR to identify and develop training that aligns with business objectives.
• High School Diploma or GED Required. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Teaching, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in training or learning and development. • Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience in virtual and classroom settings with a focus on Sales training. • Experience creating engaging content aligned with company initiatives and culture. • Proficiency with authoring and design tools (G-Suite, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, video editing software). • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to communicate confidently with leaders across all levels of an organization. • Passion for continuous improvement and finding learning solutions for critical business issues. • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Experience with ticketing request systems (e.g., Jira). • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment and strategy development. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred). • Strong ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
