📋 Description
• The Technical Sales Manager will provide LGA customers with knowledge and process expertise, maximizing the client’s experience with our Photo Engraving products. • Main duties will consist of on/off-site trouble shooting and exceptional account management. • This position will directly report to the U.S. Divisional Sales Manager. • Main activities of the position include but are not limited to the following: • Provide assistance to the Quality department • Assist with internal quality assessment • Do routine quality control testing of products • Chemical analysis via spectrometry • Acid etching of metal plates for quality assessment • Fill in QC forms daily • Technical know-how of the application of Photo Engraving products will be provided • Technical support for outside sales once understanding of processes and products is mastered • The successful candidate will travel to customers from time to time to provide assistance with products
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of the print industry processes ( DESIRED)* • Knowledge of the etching process and the ability to assist with problem solving • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to set up and run complex equipment • Outstanding communication skills • Excellent writing ability • Experience with all Microsoft products • Good team player • Forecasting and account management skills • Ability to travel 50%
