📋 Description
• The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our field sales team. • Responsible for all incoming phone calls and emails from end users, Equipment Solutions Consultants (ESCs), Aftermarket Sales Representatives (ASRs) and other company personnel. • Responsible for consolidating all information relating to an opportunity from field sales, vendors, and internal sources.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma Required • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with sales support and administration functions • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word • Experience with Sales Force CRM is a benefit • Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus
