• Extensive full lifecycle recruiting experience in a technical environment with a demonstrable track record leading senior partners to successful hiring outcomes • Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide insights, guide impactful decisions and understand opportunities areas that need improvement • The ability to identify and drive strategic projects from creation to launch to improve outcomes within Talent Acquisition overall • Exposure and a commitment to innovative recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs at Honeycomb • Proven hands-on experience working with Greenhouse • Deep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques • A distinct passion for recruiter enablement • Deep technical recruiting expertise preferred
