Description

• The Business Systems Analyst carries out procedures to ensure that all IT solutions meet standards and user requirements. • This role serves as a liaison between the business user groups and technical systems groups. • Assists with the creation of the business case, plans and monitors project deliverables. • Performs gap analysis, requirements analysis and design. • Elicits functional and non-functional requirements, translates, simplifies, and organizes requirements. • Manages and communicates requirements, designs, documents, and maintains business and/or system processes. • Identifies and designs business/system improvement opportunities, and performs issue analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a technology or engineering related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years previous experience in either a quality assurance, business or a support role working on a Guidewire project • Guidewire Cloud Certified Associate designation required • BA professional certification course work (CBAP, CCBA, PBA) • General knowledge of software development life cycle and project life cycle principles • Strong analytical and technical skills are required • Effective written and verbal communications in a professional manner to management, business partners, associates, and external resources • Knowledge of Claim Center, Claims Lifecycle, and End to End Claim processing preferred
