Description

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers. • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and email outreach. • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and objectives. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop outreach campaigns. • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM. • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills. • Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. • Strong prospecting and cold calling skills. • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Experience using CRM systems is a plus. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
