📋 Description

Job Summary: • The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting within the CRM system. • This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to ensure data integrity, timely updates, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Pipeline Hygiene: • Regularly review and clean the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in the CRM system. • Ensure all sales opportunities are correctly categorized and updated with the latest information. • Forecasting: • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts by analyzing pipeline data. • Ensure accurate and timely entry of forecast data into the CRM system. • Collaborate with sales managers to validate and adjust forecasts as needed. • CRM Management: • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data. • Train sales team members on CRM best practices and data entry standards. • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health. • Data Integrity: • Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data integrity. • Implement processes and controls to prevent data duplication and errors. • Work with IT and other departments to resolve any technical issues related to the CRM system. • Support Sales Team: • Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data management. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity. • Strong analytical and forecasting skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Effective communication and training skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. • Experience in sales support or pipeline management. • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
