• Significant product/engineering experience, including 10+ years in interoperability products • Expertise in developing product roadmaps and plans • Proven ability to work with partners and clients under tight timeframes • Solid understanding of data systems architecture • Exceptional team management and leadership abilities • Demonstrated domain expertise in healthcare interoperability frameworks • Hands-on experience with healthcare applications and integration engines • Familiarity with major EHR systems, processes, and data flows • Experience as a product owner in a healthcare setting • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology • Strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
