β€’ Open role based centrally in Memphis, TN β€’ Covering the surrounding areas including Tennessee and Mississippi β€’ Focus on business development and managing existing portfolio of clients β€’ Facilitates growth initiatives for the Bank β€’ Maintains significant revenue generation from key clients β€’ Ensures adherence to audit, regulatory and compliance policies β€’ Develops new business by contacting prospects and clients β€’ Applies deep expertise in bank products, processes and systems β€’ Coordinates closing with clients and attorneys β€’ Advises clients on loan products and cash management solutions β€’ Analyzes financial data for client needs β€’ Reviews loan applications and agreements for completeness

Requirements

β€’ Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience β€’ Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Deep knowledge and technical proficiency through extensive education and business experience β€’ In-depth verbal & written communication skills β€’ In-depth collaboration & team skills β€’ In-depth analytical and problem solving skills β€’ In-depth influence skills β€’ In-depth data driven decision making
