Description

• Join a team of marketers building an iconic brand through data-driven advertising. • Develop campaign strategies focused on mid-funnel and direct response assets. • Collaborate closely with media, operations, and creative teams to execute campaigns. • Evaluate and manage third-party partnerships to drive brand awareness. • Work with stakeholders to craft and develop the HubSpot brand.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor in a brand marketing role. • Passionate about full-funnel advertising and capable of developing campaign strategy. • Deep understanding of performance marketing and how brand marketing influences performance goals. • Experience creating briefs for agency partners and internal teams. • Experience managing partnerships and activations to increase brand awareness. • Able to analyze campaign data for optimizations and report on success metrics. • Knowledgeable about social media, influencer marketing, and paid media impact on brand. • Proven track record of collaborating with external vendors for successful demand campaigns. • Familiar with paid media channels and developing strategies with teams. • Naturally curious and driven to learn more. • Strong communication skills across teams and to leadership.
