Description

• Responsible for managing key customers and supporting growth strategy. • Create and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. • Generate sales through joint business planning. • Collaborate with internal functions: Design, Planning, Purchasing, and Production. • Budgeting and strategic planning with key customers.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience of equal position, experience in packaging or FMCG sector. • Commercial Degree or equivalent qualification. • Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth against agreed targets, both in developing key accounts and winning new business. • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English. • Ability to work in independently, structured, and systematic manner, with clear plans and options. • Ability to lead and understand numbers, good business acumen. • Self-motivated and self-directed. • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
