• Job Description: General Counsel • Location: Remote | Travel primarily for legal matters, with additional travel as needed • The Company offers full-service business solutions to partners and the organizations we create. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive legal oversight across a diverse portfolio of companies, navigating complex legal matters while also contributing strategically to various business operations. • Key Responsibilities: Manage legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, provide legal advice, mitigate legal risks, engage with external counsel as needed, support various business operations including HR and risk management. • Work Environment: Fully remote with travel required for legal matters, including court appearances or critical meetings.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in commercial litigation, transactional law, and corporate governance, with substantial experience in legal matters governed by Delaware, New York, Massachusetts, and/or Missouri law. • Demonstrated ability to handle legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Delaware, New York, Massachusetts, and Missouri. • Proven ability to independently manage a wide range of legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, business transactions, and compliance. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and capable of managing shifting priorities across various business areas. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various teams and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to proactively address legal risks, resolve complex legal challenges, and provide strategic business guidance.

Benefits
