• Hummingbird is a remote-first, fully distributed team united by the shared mission of helping fight financial crime. • We are customer-obsessed, and we love building and shipping great products. • The People Team’s mission is to empower and enable Hummingbird’s workforce to reach their full potential by cultivating a supportive, inclusive and high-performance culture. • This People Ops hire will be a key member of our small and mighty People team, and will be comfortable shape-shifting between various people ops projects in service of this mission. • Own and optimize People-related processes across the employee lifecycle. • Create incredible in-person experiences for our fully distributed company. • Build programs that focus on meaningful employee engagement and retention. • Collaborate cross-functionally with all types of roles. • Balance the strategic big picture with the hands-on day to day.
