• Hummingbird is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to drive operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) teams and broader business operations. • Your focus will be on optimizing GTM processes, data-driven decision-making, and automation, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency as we scale globally. • Help drive our Sales team’s success, especially by maximizing our use of Salesforce. • Own the relationship between sales and marketing. Your ultimate goal is to increase lead efficiency, conversion and bookings. • Advise marketing on new content for demand generation and product marketing based on data-backed recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in an operations role specifically focused on sales, marketing or a similarly process oriented function. • A love for cross-functional collaboration. • Expertise in and passion for Salesforce CRM optimization. • Experience with or exposure to top-of-funnel sales processes and/or marketing campaign generation. • Interest in and exposure to the SaaS world. • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
