β€’ Huntress seeks an inspirational leader to coach and mentor our Mid-Market sales team. β€’ You will lead a group of 5-7 Account Executives focused on the Mid-Market space (50 - 5,000 employee companies). β€’ Success in this velocity sales motion will be measured by new logo and first-year expansion metrics.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience managing customer/Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below β€’ A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus β€’ Strong knowledge of the SMB and Mid-Market space is a plus (50 - 5,000 employees) β€’ Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar CRM platforms β€’ Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively β€’ Knowledge of / relationships in the IT resale partner space is a plus
