Description

• Huntress is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our newly established and growing EMEA team. • This role requires both outbound cold calling as well as handling inbound opportunities. • You'll also share our value proposition and answer any questions that arise during the process on time. • Establish rapport and trust via phone to learn about the potential partner and their business. • Set qualified meetings within ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) while following best practices and standard procedures. • Achieve metrics by following processes and using multiple communication tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. • Identify accounts that are new to our database by researching and qualifying them via LinkedIn and other methods. • Answer all client questions with honesty, professionalism, and empathy. • Work collaboratively with peers and management to help the team achieve success.

Requirements

• 8+ months of experience in a quota carrying, outbound sales position • Experience with outbound cold-calling • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing tasks • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously • Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve individual, team, and company goals • Interested in working in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth organization • Demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your professional communication • Coachable and eager to learn new things • Demonstrate a team-before-self mindset • Ability to pay close attention to detail when taking notes, setting appointments, and following processes • Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
